RE: Exhibition

I like, partially, abstract art, I mean painting now. I can't say I understand. Something I noticed though. I have an abstract painting at home (somewhat like Jackson Pollock) that I didn't like at first. After several years of seeing it every day, I find that I now like it and even think I understand what the painter wanted to convey. The interesting thing about these abstract paintings is that everyone understands something else when they look at them, I think each viewer actually has a contribution to the making of the painting...

pretty meandering

I don't think I quite understand the meaning of what you are saying. It means sinuous, meandering (in what sense)? Is it just an observation, or is it a criticism? It would be a great help if you could help me understand... I have great doubts about my writing (in my youth I was a much better drawer than a writer, in the meantime, I gave up drawing and for some years, because of Hive, I started writing... without being good at it).

Thanks, @buckaroobaby, I look forward to your reply!

Oh please have no doubts about your writing! Or your content. I like the diversity - I don't have to like abstract but the arty variety is a fresh change to the posts I know you by. Meander is a compliment. In my mind a meander is something that helps you unwind, relax and escape briefly from the real world. Like time has stood still and you can breath and appreciate - that is how I know @bluemoon posts. You always make even a city walk (meander) a thing of beauty. So thank you!

I thank you even more, @buckaroobaby! Now I understand and it is as I expected you to say.
But "meander" writing can be enjoyable but it can also be tiring for pragmatists who want to get straight to the point without too many detours.
It's true that lately, I've been repeating the same topics over and over, and due to a lack of time and commitment, I've taken the easy way out.
My heart is lighter now, thank you very much!

May your heart rest light @bluemoon as I enjoy your meanders and they don't come across as "the easy way out"

Thank you!
