Saludos a todos y todas de #SWC, el día de hoy comparto con ustedes fotografías de nuestra rutina de plancha en el parque de las maracas.
- La rutina consistía de:
✓Un aguante al fallo en la mayor progresión que tengas y 12 flexiones en pica x 4 series.
✓Colocarse en posición de pica e inclinar hasta la postura de lean y regresando a pica, repetir esto 6 veces haciendo trabajar los hombros al máximo, seguido de 10 flexiones en lean con un aguante al fallo al final x 4 series.
✓8 press de plancha con la asistencia de un amigo x 4 series.
✓12 fondos en barras paralelas con hollow x 4 series.

Greetings to all of #SWC, today I share with you pictures of our plank routine at the maracas park.
- The routine consisted of:
✓One hold to failure at the highest progression you have and 12 pushups in pike x 4 sets.
✓Stand in pike position and bend to lean and back to pike, repeat this 6 times working the shoulders to the max, followed by 10 lean push-ups with a hold to failure at the end x 4 sets.
✓8 plank press with the assistance of a friend x 4 sets.
✓12 parallel bar bottoms with hollow x 4 sets.
