Ayer por la tarde como era fin de semana decidimos hacer algo para salir de la rutina pero nada muy elaborado.
Y optamos por hacer unos perros calientes en casa. Mi hermana, mi chica y yo en eso.
Mientras yo terminaba algo ellas se dispusieron a buscar el combo de perros calientes que venden cerca de casa.
Alcanza para 12 hotdogs. Trae de toppings 3 salsas, papitas y extra se compró salsa BBQ y un refresco Coca-Cola. En la casa había un queso que le quedaría perfecto, el famoso queso de año.
Acompañamos los perros calientes con unos toppings extras, una ensalada de coleslaw y cebolla cortada bien pequeña.
Cociné las salchichas levemente en agua con un diente de ajo y una rama de apio-celery.
Luego lo que hicimos fue calentar un poco el pan y armarlos para comer junto con la Coca-Cola fría.
Y mientras pasaba la lluvia, comimos escuchando un podcast de mi hermana que le gusta y nos reímos bastante.
Fue una buena manera de empezar el fin de semana 🙌🏼
Además porque, ya lo he dicho pero los hotdogs están en mi top 5 de comidas preferidas.
Así qué, mejor para mí.

Yesterday afternoon as it was the weekend we decided to do something to get out of the routine but nothing too elaborate.
And we decided to make some hot dogs at home. My sister, my girl and I were at it.
While I finished something they set out to look for the hot dog combo that they sell near home.
It's enough for 12 hotdogs. It has 3 sauces, chips and extra BBQ sauce and a Coca-Cola soda. In the house there was a cheese that would be perfect, the famous queso de año.
We accompanied the hot dogs with some extra toppings, a coleslaw salad and onions cut very small.
I cooked the sausages lightly in water with a clove of garlic and a celery stick.
Then what we did was to warm up the bread a bit and assemble them to eat along with the cold Coca-Cola.
And while the rain passed by, we ate while listening to a podcast of my sister's that she likes and we laughed quite a bit.
It was a good way to start the weekend

Also because, I've already said it but hotdogs are in my top 5 favorite foods.
So, all the better for me.
