Ayer dije por mi comunidad de ejercicios de confianza (y me refiero a Actifit) que hoy haría una corrida con los pesas de tobilleras, pero viendo que era fin de semana, decidí más bien descansar porque fue una semana de trabajo bastante fuerte.

Yesterday I said by my trusted workout community (and I mean Actifit) that I would do a run today with the ankle weights, but seeing as it was the weekend, I decided rather to rest because it was a pretty heavy work week.
Casualmente hoy se juntó con el día niño en mi país. La verdad me sorprendió que mi abuela y abuelo paterno fueran quiénes me lo recordaran, siempre los abuelos haciéndonos sacar el niño interno que tenemos.
También mis padres me lo recordaron y estoy inmensamente agradecido con el creador por ello.

On this day of rest my grandfather decided to give me a gift from afar 🥹 and gave me my dinner with one of my favorite foods since I was a kid (hotdogs). Whenever he can, my grandpa always gets his treats.

La creatividad y la actitud de nuestro niño interior es algo que no podemos dejar morir NUNCA.
Personally I am a lover of moss and everything that involves being in nature, although my preference are the forests, jungles and mountains, the beach too but those are more hehe.
So for that reason I wanted this little blog to have that title.

En las fotos comparto unos recuerdos bien bonitos que tengo presente, la sonrisita de mi hermana cuando pasó a primer grado y se creía floricienta jejeje, una foto mía de chiquito que puse previamente en mi instagram pero que no guardo en mi celular nuevo así que hice una captura de pantalla y la recorté.
También puse un par de fotos con mi hermana cuando nos quedamos toda la noche y parte del día amanecidos tomando ron en familia y celebrando el inicio del nuevo año y ya que yo soy el primer bisnieto de la familia por parte de mamá una foto con el último bisnieto de ese lado de mi familia.
In the photos I share some beautiful memories that I have in mind, my sister's little smile when she went to first grade and thought she was Floricienta hehehehe, a picture of me as a little boy that I put previously in my instagram but I don't have it in my new cell phone so I took a screenshot and cut it out.
I also put a couple of pictures with my sister when we stayed up all night and part of the day drinking rum as a family and celebrating the beginning of the new year and since I am the first great grandchild of the family on mom's side a picture with the last great grandchild on that side of my family.
Siempre tenemos que mantenernos con una actitud positiva y con la buena vibra que caracteriza a niños.
