Llegué como siempre hice unos pocos giros y a veces hago estiramiento, pero hoy no lo hice y ahí está mi primer error, el acondicionamiento y estiramiento del cuerpo es algo que si o si debe hacerse antes de comenzar cualquier actividad física aunque dispongas de poco tiempo.
Yo tranquila hice el primer ejercicio mis cuatro series cuando fui hacer sentadillas me lesione en la parte superior de la pierna, el femoral una contracción muscular, que no me permitió seguir haciendo ejercicios porque el dolor era insoportable, al momento de bajar me comenzó a doler y en vez de parar seguí y luego no me dejaba moverme.
Mi lección del día, no comiences hacer ejercicio sin estirar y acondicionador el músculo q vas a trabajar y si sientes algún dolor para hasta que no sepas que sucede
