Apesar de que me gusta jugar fútbol, hacer ciclomontañismo y senderismo, jamás había asistido a un evento de estos, por lo cual unos días antes estuve entrenando y adaptando mi cuerpo y en realidad me pareció muy bueno, la mayoría de las personas van preparadas y cada uno tiene su propia meta, unos empezando como yo y otros ya expertos en el tema y los favoritos a ganarse la carrera y el premio. Sin duda alguna es una actividad de superación personal y de entusiasmo para mantener una mente cuerpo y alma sana.
Recomiendo este tipo de actividad y haré lo posible por seguir asistiendo a estos eventos, es motivador encontrarse con personas con la misma sintonía. Feliz día amigos

Although I like to play soccer, mountain biking and hiking, I had never attended an event like this, so a few days before I was training and adapting my body and actually I found it very good, most people are prepared and everyone has their own goal, some starting like me and others already experts in the field and the favorites to win the race and the prize. Undoubtedly it is an activity of personal improvement and enthusiasm to maintain a healthy mind, body and soul.
I recommend this type of activity and I will do my best to continue attending these events, it is motivating to meet people with the same tune. Happy day friends
