For this recipe I used different colored peppers, red onion, garlic, a milanese breast, salt and pepper to taste.
As a first step I seasoned the chicken breast with salt and pepper, cut the peppers, onion and garlic in julienne strips, then I heated the pan and added olive oil, I browned the milanesas with the peppers, after about ten minutes I turned it off and served it with a delicious salad and french fries.

Para esta receta utilicé pimientos de diferentes colores, cebolla morada, ajo, una pechuga en milanesa, sal y pimienta al gusto.
Como primer paso salpimenté la pechuga de pollo, corté los pimientos, la cebolla y el ajo en julianas, luego calenté la sartén y agregué aceite de oliva, doré las milanesas con los pimientos, después de unos diez minutos la apagué y la serví con una deliciosa ensalada y papas fritas.
