Este post está escrito en dos idiomas y dividido para facilitar la lectura.
De todas las islas de Canarias, La Palma es la preferida para celebrar los carnavales, especialmente porque tiene otras dos celebraciones cerca, que son: el día de la peluca y los indianos. Es por eso que toda la isla entera se prepara para recibir a miles de turistas que inundarán las calles.
Hay tarimas de música en casi toda la isla y, éste año inauguraron un nuevo parque de diversiones para añadirle mucha más emoción a las fiestas.
Así que si algún día se deciden por venir a visitar la isla, les recomiendo que sea cerca de carnavales o en carnavales, para que disfruten al máximo todo lo que la isla, su cultura y su gente puede ofrecerles en ésta inmensa celebración.
Infortunadamente éste año me toca trabajar, así que no podré disfrutar mucho de las fiestas, pero si espero poder sacar bastante material fotográfico para mostrarlo con ustedes en los próximos días. Es por ello que si me ven un poco ausente, es porque estaré trabajando horario completo durante toda ésta celebración.
Of all the Canary Islands, La Palma is the favorite one to celebrate carnivals, especially because it has two other celebrations nearby, which are: the day of the wig and the Indians. That is why the whole island is getting ready to receive thousands of tourists who will flood the streets.
There are music stages in almost all the island and, this year a new amusement park was inaugurated to add much more excitement to the festivities.
So if you decide to visit the island one day, I recommend you to come close to carnivals or during carnivals, so that you can enjoy to the fullest all that the island, its culture and its people can offer you in this immense celebration.
Unfortunately this year I have to work, so I will not be able to enjoy much of the festivities, but I hope to be able to take a lot of photographic material to show it to you in the next days. That is why if you see me a little absent, it is because I will be working full time during all this celebration.
