En días pasados uno de mis hermanos cumplio años, como he dicho en publicaciones anteriores, al no tomar y tener otros vicios nuestras reuniones se centran en preparar alguna comida especial que salga de la rutina. Todos sabemos que hacer este tipo de comidas requiere de cierto presupuesto para cubrir los gastos, por lo menos donde vivo es asi, por lo tanto se reune dinero desde mucho antes que llegue la fecha.
Mi hermano quería hacer una hamburguesa diferente, que la carne fuera mas grande de la que habitualmente hacemos, eso si, acompañada de chuleta de cerdo ahumada que nosotros mismo molemos, por eso pueden notar que la carne tiene esa tonalidad un tanto rosa, pero el sabor es de proporciones bíblicas, si no lo han hecho antes, se las recomiendo muchísimo.
Lo otro que no puede faltar son los pepinillos, pero desde hace mucho tiempo no encontramos una marca que nos guste, hace algún tiempo compramos uno que su sabor no era el mejor, y desde entonces no encontramos una buena marca, por eso usamos una imitación de la salsa sandwich spread kraft y una ketchup con trozos de pepinillos, con el fin de lograr el sabor, al fin de cuentas quedaron muy buenas y creo que complacimos la solicitud de mi hermano.

Special hamburgers to fulfill a birthday wish
In recent days one of my brothers had his birthday, as I have said in previous posts, not drinking and having other vices, our meetings are focused on preparing a special meal to get out of the routine. We all know that making this type of meal requires a certain budget to cover the expenses, at least where I live this is the case, therefore money is collected long before the date arrives.
My brother wanted to make a different hamburger, that the meat was bigger than the one we usually make, that is, accompanied by smoked pork chop that we grind ourselves, that is why you can notice that the meat has that pinkish hue, but the flavor is of biblical proportions, if you have not done it before, I highly recommend it.
The other thing that can not miss are the pickles, but for a long time we have not found a brand that we like, some time ago we bought one that its flavor was not the best, and since then we have not found a good brand, so we used an imitation of the spread kraft sandwich sauce and a ketchup with pieces of pickles, in order to achieve the flavor, in the end they were very good and I think we pleased my brother's request.

Eres de los míos, para miblas fechas importantes como cumpleaños se celebran mejor con una buena comida, algo diferente y para eso también me gusta reunir el dinero para hacer algo bueno. Esas hamburguesas se ven mundiales, espero hacer unas así pronto, con TODO 🤤
Que bien que coincidamos, definitivamente comer es mejor, al día siguiente no te lamentas de lo ocurrido, queda es la satisfacción y las ganas de repetirlo.

Joder, ya se me antojaron esas hamburguesas, luego he querido hacer algunas, pero no se que me pasa que con la carne molida para hacer la carne de hamburguesa simplemente no me sale como quiero o no se termina de cocinar bien
