Today was a great day at HIVEED. I felt great with the kids. I think it was the best behaved and most attentive time. We laughed a lot and the energy was incredible.
It's not long until the end of the first lapse. Almost all of them are already publishing their presentations. I hope that before the end of the year, we will have 100% of the presentations published and everyone will be on Hive. In another post I will share my thoughts on why it has been so hard to get them active with publications; it is a matter of habits instilled by traditional education, society and at home.
Today I just wanted to tell you how well it is flowing in the classroom. Order is winning. They are paying more attention, even participating more.
Maybe they already have more confidence in me, but I am sure that today's class on public speaking had a lot to do with it. There we talked about the habits of the receivers. I made them understand the respect that must be shown to the speaker. Tomorrow you will see the video of the class.
I almost didn't teach the class today, as I had been told last week that there would be no classes due to the elections. The military took over the school for several days. I got the hit that is starting tomorrow, Thursday, so my classes will be intact. It was important not to fail any classes, since I have a lot of material to teach.
For several days we will see public speaking, which is an extremely important aspect of personal branding. Besides that the classes are extremely dynamic. Also half of the class we talked about the most disruptive thoughts you have ever had and it was very revealing, but more on that tomorrow....

Hoy fue un gran día en HIVEED. Me sentí súper bien con los chamos. Creo que ha sido la vez que mejor se han portado y más han atendido. Reímos mucho y la energía fue increíble.
Falta poco para finalizar el primer lapso. Ya van publicando sus presentaciones casi todos. Espero que antes que finalice el año, tengamos un 100% de presentaciones publicadas y todos estén en Hive. En otro post compartiré mis reflexiones sobre el por qué ha costado tanto que se activen con las publicaciones; es un tema de hábitos inculcados por la educación tradicional, la sociedad y en casa.
Hoy solo quería contarles lo bien que está fluyendo en aula. El orden está venciendo. Están prestando más atención, incluso participan más.
Puede ser que ya tienen más confianza conmigo, pero estoy seguro que mucho tuvo que ver la clase de hoy que trató sobre la oratoria. Ahí hablamos de los hábitos de los receptores. Les hice entender el respeto que debe haber hacia el orador. Mañana verán el video de la clase.
Hoy casi no doy la clase, ya que me habían dicho la semana pasada que no habría clases por las elecciones. Los militares se apoderan del colegio por varios días. Me tocó el éxito que es a partir de mañana jueves, por lo que mis clases quedarán intactas. Era importante no suspender ninguna clase, ya que tengo mucha materia que dar.
Por varios días veremos la oratoria, que es un aspecto de la marca personal sumamente importante. Además que las clases son extremadamente dinámicas. También la mitad de la clases hablamos sobre los pensamientos más disruptivos que hayan tenido y fue muy revelador, pero más de eso, mañana...
