I made one of the most easy but delicious dishes in the Philippines which is called Adobo. You can use pork or chicken but I prefer the whole leg of the chicken. You can also cut it in smaller pieces thigh and drumstick. I also added red chillies to have extra spice, even added lemon soda for sweeter taste. I'll surely revisit this recipe and share it with you guys!
