Ir al gimnasio por la mañana se ha convertido en parte de mi rutina diaria desde hace un mes, y como voy temprano no desayuno hasta que vuelvo. Pero hoy cuando he vuelto a casa mi hermana me ha invitado a ir a una cafetería y he aprovechado para desayunar allí porque ya tenía mucha hambre.
Ha estado bien poder disfrutar de un café y desayunar después del entrenamiento de hoy que ha sido bastante fuerte, estoy haciendo mucho ejercicio al pie y queda un mes para que me vuelvan a intervenir y me saquen el material del pie. Tengo sentimientos encontrados al respecto.

Going to the gym in the morning has become part of my daily routine for a month now, and since I go early I don't eat breakfast until I get back.
