Unplanned getaways/trips/hang-out or any unplanned events will always turn out the best. Last two months ago, my friend called me if I wanted to come with them. Since I am sad and desperate at that time because I lose my job, I answered yes without knowing where to go. My friend laughed at my response, she didn't expect my answer to be that quick. She then explained the purpose of going to the place. It was her colleague's wedding day and she knew I wanted to explore and visit new places that's why she contacted me and asked me if I wanted to come. Travelling is my happy pill, so without a doubt, I accompany her.
We left the City around 4 in the morning. Rode a boat from Toledo port to San Carlos City. We arrived around 10 am. So glad there was a Mall nearby. We had our early lunch and they decided to buy a gift for their colleague. Then we headed to the hotel where we stayed a night. Took some rest, and freshen up. Since the wedding starts at 3 pm and they only want to go to the reception, we just roam around the place. One of the tourist spots at Canlaon which is “The Century Tree Dalakit” is not too far from our hotel so we took advantage of it.
Had some snaps at the place. After a quick tour of the area, we headed to the reception.
I only took a photo of their giveaways. It's so unique. Both the bride and the groom are police officers, so the design of their giveaways was handcuffed inside the bottle. We didn't stay long at the event because we were all tired from the trip.
On the following day, we went to Inland Resort.
It's also one of the nicest tourist destinations in the place. We savored every bit of that tour. I am so happy I was able to visit the place unexpectedly. I will be posting our Inland experience in my next post. That's just it for now. Xoxo! 💋
