That is so much chicken! My gosh!
I have been on a debating run with another member of the community on the meaning of health and it seems everyone has their own definition of what that is.
Whilst all the ingredients here can be seen as "healthy", I would argue that only applies in moderate quantities, applicable more to some than others.
This was not a portion for one person ;)
And also it all depends on caloric needs, if someone for example exercises then he eats more :)
