In "the real" England (take it as you will), we would be stopped by police, fined minimum 6 points (out of 12) and possibly told to pay a fine for taking pictures.
I'm starting to think the the "new" England might be better for Photographers in the car.
WHATTTTT??!?!?!?! for real? Why is that? Is it because you stopped on the road, or is it illegal to take photos? Strange...
I remember one time while driving over a bridge in Brooklyn, NY, I took some photos from the car as we drove over it. On the other side of the bridge, we were stopped by the police and they forced me to remove the photos, They said they could be used to make plans to blow up the bridge.. ??? Some people,, IDK.. Just crazy.
