It's been a while since we went out and had a picnic with friends. It was a good morning and great weather this February 23, 2024.
Actually we first thought to just cook at home and invite some close relatives over for dinner. Fortunately our business partner offered to help us so we could afford to celebrate outside. Thus the picnic at the beach. They shared their 3 cars and so we and our friends plus their family could all go.
My husband and I were also blessed to have Kuya Jon living with us (my brother in law) as he knew how to cook really good food. We woke up at 6am and started preparing the breakfast that we were going to bring to the picnic.
After enjoying the food, we relaxed a bit and since we all felt cold and didn't want to go swimming, we thought of what game to play. We also forgot to bring a volleyball so we decided to play 'patintero' also known as 'block the runner' in English.
This truly hurt my sides. Like sudden exercise. But we all truly enjoyed.
It was a good day.

It sure was a nice day at the beach, fun but you could tell it was cold because they were wearing coats, I'm sure the water was freezing, I hope you continue to enjoy celebrations like this.
Thanks @Crisch23 It was cold but only for us Filipinos. The other side of the beach had Europeans sunbathing 😁😁😁
I would have gotten a cold or fever if I exposed my skin to that cold breeze.
