I hope everyone is doing well today! On Saturday I told you that we were preparing to make hallacas, and today the hallacas are finally done realidad❤️🩹. I won't lie to you, it's a long job (and here between us, I'm tired) and here at home there are only 3 of us so everything takes longer, but it's totally worth it. We started on Sunday cutting the seasonings and marinating the meat, and today a couple of hours ago we finished making them. I show you only some of them, since the others were still to be tied.

¡Holaa! ¡¿Que tal?!
¡Espero todos se encuentren muy bien hoy! Él dia sabado les conté que estabamos preparandonos para hacer hallacas, y hoy por fin las hallcas se hicieron realidad❤️🩹. No les mentiré, es un trabajo largo (y aqui entre nos, estoy cansada)y acá en casa solo somos 3 así que todo es más tardio, pero a pesar de ello vale totalmente la pena. Comenzamos desde el domingo al cortar los aliños y dejar marinando la carne, y hoy hace un par de horas terminar de hacerlas. Les muestro solo algunas, ya que las demas faltaban por amarrarlas.
