Cómo ya muchos saben vivo en una zona rural en mi pais (Venezuela), dónde la principal actividad económica es la agricultura, en especial la producción de frutas, ésta tierra está realmente bendecida, todo lo que se siembra da frutos.
As many already know, I live in a rural area in my country (Venezuela), where the main economic activity is agriculture, especially fruit production, this land is truly blessed, everything that is planted bears fruit.
Bien, el asunto es que no solamente lo que se siembra da frutos en éste caso, ya que en mi patio ocurre algo muy especial, cada cierto tiempo, sin que yo me esfuerce en lo más mínimo, surgen plantas de auyama, ají dulce, caraotas rojas y pintadas, es maravilloso. Mi patio está siendo sembrado por los ángeles, gracias a Dios!
Well, the thing is that not only what is planted bears fruit in this case, since something very special happens in my yard, every so often, without me making the slightest effort, pumpkin plants, sweet peppers, red and painted beans, it is wonderful. My yard is being sown by angels, thank God!
En ésta oportunidad, fueron unas auyamas espectaculares las que pude cosechar, las cuales quiero compartir con ustedes, y en los días sucesivos contarles las cosas deliciosas que he podido hacer con ellas.

En verdad amo las auyamas por su rico sabor y lo versátil que es a la hora de cocinar, con ella se pueden hacer muchas comidas tanto saladas como dulces, llenas de nutrientes que benefician grandemente a nuestro organismo. Y a mí, me encanta!
