En el día de hoy se celebró una feria de empleo en la Plaza Francia en Altamiras.
Al llegar a Caracas me dirigí a la estación de metro Altamira, al salir noté la gran acumulación de gente que ahí había, me sorprendió porque no sabía que tantas personas fueran a asistir al lugar.
Crucé al otro lado de la calle para poder visualizar mejor y pibe observar que la cola llegaba hasta la Torre Británica, literalmente la plaza estaba "hasta los Teques Teques". Muchas gentes, que al igual que yo se acercaron a probar suerte para conseguir un empleo, se cuestionaron si realmente valdría la pena, eso me llevo a tomas de forma minuciosa el evento que realizaron.
Una de las cosas que pude notar es la multitud. Es sorprendente la cantidad de personas, impulsada por el desespero, reunirse en el mismo sitio, como si estuvieran siguiendo órdenes de alguien supremo. Es curioso el como una simple publicidad a través de las redes sociales como Instagram y Tik Tok tenga el poder de dominar una gran masa de personas ya que al lugar se estipula que asistieron aproximadamente 10.000 entre hombre y mujeres de diferentes edades. Esto refleja, no simplemente una gran cantidad de desempleo, sino que también refleja la el alto nivel de control que las redes sociales y los mal llamados Influencer tienen sobre el pueblo.
Otra cosa que pude observar es la presencia de diferentes empresas, entre ellas están Mcdonald's, Arturo's, KFC, entre otras empresas, que si analizamos detenidamente todas tienen algo en común. Todas buscas manos de obra barata para poder generar más ganancias y eso hace que se aprovechen de la necesidades de un grupo para así usarlo a su beneficio. No digo que está mal que la gente busque un empleo para sustentar a su familia, lo que si veo mal es que se aprovechen de las necesidades de uno para beneficios de otros, sabiendo que esas empresas siempre prometen múltiples beneficios y derechos que con el tiempo ellos lo van reduciendo, como el derecho al estudio. Al entrar ellos ofrecen jornadas laborales flexibles para permitir que sus empleados estudien, pero a la larga ellos mismo le comienzan a exigir más y más para que después el empleado no tenga otra opción que decidir si superarse y seguir alienado en una empresa para cumplir con un roll defectuoso del sistema.
Vivimos en una sociedad alienada, una sociedad que perdió el sentido critico y solo sigue tendencias y eso me hizo reflexionar si realmente quería elegir el hilo de la alineación o tomar mi camino para por lo menos tratar de hacer un cambio en mi ante lomque ví.
Sé que no todos están acostumbrados a leer estos tipos de pensar, pero ví necesario expresar mi opinión ante esto.
Espero que esto pueda servir de reflexión y de ayuda.

Today there was a job fair at Plaza Francia in Altamiras.
When I arrived in Caracas, I went to the Altamira subway station, and as I was leaving I noticed the large accumulation of people there, I was surprised because I did not know that so many people were going to attend the event.
I crossed to the other side of the street to be able to see it better and I could see that the queue reached the British Tower, literally the square was "up to the Teques Teques". Many people, who like me were trying to get a job, were wondering if it was really worth it, and that led me to analyze the event in detail.
One of the things that caught my attention was the crowd. It's amazing how many people, driven by desperation, gather in one place, as if following orders from someone supreme. It's funny how a simple announcement through social networks like Instagram and Tik Tok has the power to dominate a large mass of people, as an estimated 10,000 men and women of different ages attended the event. This reflects, not only a large amount of unemployment, but also the high level of control that social networks and so-called Influencers have over the population.
Another thing I have seen is the presence of different companies, including Mcdonald's, Arturo's, KFC, among others, which, if you look closely, all have something in common. They are all looking for cheap labor to make more money and that means that they take advantage of the needs of a group to use it to their advantage. I am not saying that it is wrong for people to look for a job to support their family, what I see wrong is that they take advantage of the needs of one to benefit others, knowing that these companies always promise multiple benefits and rights that over time they reduce, such as the right to study. When they enter they offer flexible hours so that their employees can study, but in the long run they themselves begin to demand more and more so that later the employee has no choice but to decide whether to overcome it and remain alienated in a company to fulfill a defective role of the system.
We live in an alienated society, a society that has lost its critical sense and only follows fads and this made me reflect on whether I really wanted to choose the path of alignment or take my own path to at least try to make a change in my life.
I am aware that not everyone is used to read this kind of reflections, but I thought it necessary to express my opinion about it.
