The Miniatures Museum of Taiwan is located in downtown Taipei and is a private collection museum. I went to the museum on weekdays, but there were still many people visiting. There are young people, the elderly, and some parents bring their children here.
In order for the guests to have a better tour experience, the museum will control the number of visitors. The Miniatures Museum of Taiwan has been in operation for more than 20 years since its establishment in 1997, and it receives an average of more than 100,000 visitors every year, which is quite good in a private collection museum.
When you walk into the museum, you will be prompted to talk in a low voice at the entrance, for not to interfere with other people's visit. The first thing that caught my eye were some small exhibits, such as [Tea Pots] and [Easter Sunday].
After walking inside, I saw a relatively large exhibit, the [RUSSIAN CONSULATE 1875]. The actual building situated in the heart of San Francisco, 1198 Fulton Street, USA.
The author of the exhibit, Jim Mareus, is an American who has studied woodcarving in Japan and is famous for his pocket art.
Although I have never visited the Russian Consulate in US, I can tell the beauty and grandeur of it just from the exhibit, especially the structure and color schemes.
If I don't tell the truth, just look at the pictures, I think most of you will think this is the real dessert house, right?
[French Bakery] is created by Ray Whitledge, and the food theme is his new attempt. The texture of the food here is very close to the real food. When I watched this work, I even had the urge to taste it :D
