Recently, I’m still try my best to lose weight and prefer to choose light food instead of rice and noodles.
P1 contains fish, omelette, mushroom, broccoli, cucumber, avocado, niblet as well as soba noodles. P2 contains chickens, broccoli, corn, cashew nuts, tomatoes and sweet potato.
These two sets have protein, dietary fiver and carbohydrate, with lower calorie. Perfect !
However, sometimes I’ll also ordered something not healthy but taste delicious. P3 contains duck, some vegetables, sausage and others things.
