With the arrival of autumn and winter, hydration has become something we must consider every day. This weekend, I made [Sydney Apple Orange Tea] at home, and I want to share the recipe with you here.
There are a lot of ingredients to prepare this fruit tea, Sydney (cut into strips), apples (cut into slices), oranges (cut into slices) and lemons (cut into slices).
If you have a bad stomach, I recommend black tea and brown sugar, all of which have the effect of nourishing the stomach. .
After putting the ingredients into the health pot, set the time for 10 minutes. When the fruit tea is almost ready, I squeezed in some lemon juice, which will make the fruit tea taste better.
The fruit tea tastes good, and I’m highly recommend everyone to try it :D
