I have a habit of taking naps, whether I go out to work in the past or now working as a freelancer at home. To be honest, I'm a person who needs very little sleep, but needs frequent naps. 30 minutes’ nap time is very important to me.

I get up at 7:00am every day, and go to bed at 23:00 at night. Meanwhile, 13:00-14:00 is my nap time. I like to have a quiet sleeping environment where I can lie flat if it is possible.

Vanilla is very quiet, and when he saw me getting ready to sleep, he will find a place to lie down and quickly fall asleep. Like a koala, he sleeps 2/3 of the day.

If he wakes up in the middle, he will be careful to move around (eat, drink, go to the toilet, etc.) without disturbing me. Usually, by the time I wake up, he's already asleep again.

In comparison, I'm more naughty... When I wake up, I mostly wake him up and play with him for a while. By the time I was about to start my afternoon work, Vanilla was already asleep on the sofa.

Meanwhile, my cat has vowed to kneed and be a constant alarm clock. Good job Vanilla!
