My college close friend is venturing into a beauty business that offers nails and lashes services. She invited me to her beauty studio in Talisay City, Cebu, Philippines to try out some of their services for free. It is also our way of catching up since we got so busy with adulting life. Cloe is the one managing Hey Dreamy Beauty studio together with her cousin Angel. It just feels great to witness their growth in the field of business.
In this pamper session, Emily, who happens to be our close friend as well accompanied me and we bonded together by getting Hey Dreamy services that day. Emily and I had eyelash extension and nail art. The service was just so great and their staff were very accommodating. I'm expose to having my nails done for years now but what makes this pamper session different is that I'm having my eyelash extension for the first time. It was a memorable experience for me and it felt like there's an added confidence from within. Indeed, their tag line perfectly fits this experience that "Self-care isn't selfish." As an independent woman who is always working hard and smart every single day, this pamper session is truly something I needed.
