Hello Hive!
It's a long weekend for me since my clients are from Canada so I took this chance to go on a quick beach break. I've also thought of sharing it to help those people travelling in Cebu, Philippines. If you are wondering what to include in your itinerary for your Cebu trip, you may want to try dining or staying at Bluewaters Resort Maribago. The place is very convenient and accessible because it's just along the M.L Quezon National Highway.
One of the popular resorts that are accessible to the airport is the Blue Waters Maribago. It is located in Buyong Mactan, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu and just 10-15 minutes away from the airport. They have a bar and restaurant by the pool and another bar at the beachside.
I honestly think that the place is best during high tide and weekdays as it looks really good in photos while having it almost to yourself. They also serve delicious food although I find them a bit expensive. Most of the guests are foreigners so it's also a good venue for you to meet new people from other countries. I commend their staff for their warm and pleasing personality by greeting and assisting you the whole time from entering the resort until you find or get what you're needing.
The place also gives a Filipino traditional architecture using nipa huts and wooden materials. I like the idea that the restaurant is only by the pool as it looks relaxing. Then again, if you want a not so crowded date, I would recommend visiting it on weekdays. There are also available chairs and cottages by the beach so you can put your things while swimming. By the way, they also serve a breakfast buffet which costs 1,400 pesos, (roughly 24 US Dollar) so be sure to catch it before 10:00 AM.
That’s basically it, I hope you liked this episode and I hope to interact with you in the comment section below. Everyone’s glad to hear the stories of yours! Just always remember that learning is a lifetime process. You can learn from your experiences, trips, and other people.
The world is so vast. Explore and Learn! Traveling isn’t as expensive as you think! There’s a so-called traveling in a frugal way with a purpose!
DEUCES!

Yes. I would recommend this for your stay if you visit Cebu. :)
Wow, that place is quite nice. It seems that people who visit here can see beautiful views.
That's right. I can stay by the beach looking at this view the entire day. :)
