Happy and blessed day, wishing that all your days are productive and that they flow with harmony, today I want to share a visit to the very popular Conejero Market in my beautiful Margarita Island. In the midday hours after a morning of errands we thought of having lunch on the street, since then in the afternoon we would continue to our work days and as the time was very short to go to the house to make food and go out again we took the option of having lunch outside the house, as a first option we went to the tourist inn El Morocho in Guatamare and it was closed, as the time was getting shorter we moved to the market and thus taste a delicious fried fish. Arriving at the place of the restaurants whenever you walk you are approached by part of the restaurant employees to offer the spoken menu, we decided to sit in the restaurant called el Rincón de Carmen Franco where their attention was very good, they gave us the spoken menu and we chose a couple of Catalanas with striped salad slices and some freshly made harps, accompanied by half a chicken soup, I told them that the fish was very fresh, however, the soup was overheated and almost crumbled. I imagine because of the little influx to the market that they keep part of what is offered to then continue selling the next day, tasty, but it felt that it was from a previous day because it was refrigerated and that shows on the palate. Thank you for reading and it will be until the next post, a hug Hive family.
