Today, was one of those days where I finally felt like my old self - in a good way. I went through a whole workout where I went in feeling great and left feeling more than accomplished.
It's been more than handful of sessions since coming back from the accident and for now I'm just trying to get back to how I was getting back on track before the three month rehab.
This month is crucial, because Tiffany and I have a 10K coming up next weekend and then the annual ORANGETHEORY FITNESS HELL WEEK challenge. to end the month. That's 8 days of pure - well - HELL - lol!
I've done Hell Week for 8 years and Tiffa for 7. We have done 7 together and we have earned all 8 shirts. Every year they come out with a new Hell Week shirt to add to our collection. We wear a different one through the series.
The shirt for the one I uploaded for this post was taken last year, but the shirt itself is from at least 4 to 5 Hell Week's back.
I'm sure I can find a picture where we have a collage wearing them all and in the order we took them.
It's probably the most popular challenge for OTF and definitely for Tiffa and me.
