how our team year-end party went🥂🥰🎊

Happy fifth day of the year, Hive friends from all over the globe! 😊

Let me share with some snaps we took during our intimate year-end party with my teammates at work. 🥂

We had a hard time looking for a venue during the 29th December as most places we inquired with were fully-booked for lunch time. Since it was kind of a last-minute idea to move the party to December instead of mid-January (to avoid "busy"-ness was the main goal of this original plan). We were glad though that at the last minute a restaurant opened the day before the actual date, and voila we were a go for the twenty-ninth. 😄

The place was Uno restaurant in Waterfront Hotel and Casino, Cebu City.

The hotel buffet restaurant with an interactive lifestyle concept that showcases an enticing international buffet spread, with the staff in racer-themed uniforms speedily whizzing about catering to your every whim, it’s not a wonder that UNO has been labeled the hotel’s culinary pit-stop. -from its website 🥳

All of us were happy that of all restaurants we were able to get a table at Uno at this busy time of year.🥳 It was a bonus that our workplace is near the hotel so it was super accessible. Yay.

The six of us had our plates filled with so much good stuff from Asian, Mediterranean, Western cuisines. Of course the beloved Pinoy dishes were there so we certainly got our fill. Their food was practically G-O-O-D. Their chef must be commended! From their appetizers to their main courses and to their yummy desserts - well what can I say except "Thank you these are SO good." 😊💕

As soon as we all were really full, we had our exchange gifts, or what we call "manito/manita". It was so thrilling and fun because I ended up gifting my teammate who turns out to be the one who picked my name! Ha! Both of us literally exchanged our gifts.🥰 I got Harry Potter cotton socks from H&M, a trio shimmer eye shadow glitter and a cutie keychain. I gifted Kate her request - photo albums!

We then talked about how the year went for our team and the exciting opportunities for year 2023. 🎊💐
