Long story short....

I had 7 hours to get to a place that takes 7 hours to get to lol

This is my new normal for better or for worse, where the 'trucking life' means scheudles are something I have to keep up with. So first up, massive apologies to everyone for missing the show, and to everyone that asked those questions on the #threadcast

But here's where I ended up....

Beautiful British Columbia, Canada.

The 'money shot' is me with arguably my favorite place in all of Canada - Mount Robson. This is the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies, and everytime I drive by I have to stop and just take it all in. I was super rushed for time, but I did manage a few shots :)

I drove (quickly) through Jasper National Park, and it was absolutely flooded with tourists lol

The 'Palisades' are always a nice view and reminder that you are getting close to the town of Jasper itself.

Drove through the park and then arrived into B.C. Just in time for Mount Robson and I to spend a few minutes together.

Destination.....Prince George in the morning and then a quick tunr around back to Edmonton.

And hopefully, crossing fingers, home to my family tomorrow night :)

If you add a cam on your truck dashbaord that would capture some really good journey footage which you can later edit and make vlog for Canadian truck life. Lot of interesting places :)

Cheers bud! At least you get to see beautiful views!

Best part of the job is the scenery eh

It sucks to hear that the cryptomaniacs wasn't out tonight. I didn't even notice because work has been keeping me busy. I would dread going through a place with a bunch of tourist because of the traffic and slow downs.

Stuff happens. See you next week! 🚚

Love the scenery of the area, definitely a place to make a stop and look around even if it's some minutes :)

well you do get to see the pretty landscape I like to travel to places like these

Those pictures are really nice, Jon! Thanks for sharing them.

Not a bad vista for a long hall.
Gots ta get done what gots ta get done!

Oh man, it's been great. Such amazing views.

BC's got the most number of beautiful spots in Canada imo. Happy trucking and hope you're back to family tomorrow as planned!

It really does. Such an amazing part of the country.

I need to visit this province one day!

It's worth it. A must see for sure!

Greetings,

I have never done a 7-hour journey to a place. Your trip was full of events even though you missed a show and return in a rush.
Was it your first tour with this truck company?
What are some of your most cherished travel memories or places you love to visit?Regards
