Saludos personas de Hive y Liketu, en este post quiero compartir con ustedes algunos fotos que me tomé poco en un espejo nuevo que pusimos en mi casa en donde muestro el progreso que he tenido con mi fisico y del cual estoy muy orgulloso !
Hello people of Hive and Liketu, in this post I want to share with you some photos that I recently took in a new mirror that we put in my house where I show the progress I've had with my physique and of which I am very proud !
Como muchos aqui saben, soy un atleta de Calistenia, tengo bastante tiempo entrenando este hermoso deporte, pero hay algo que no se habla mucho de la calistenia, y es que luego de los dos primeros años(al menos en mi caso) el progreso fisico respecto a la hipertrofia muscular no es muy notorio, ya que por muchas razones entre ellas el tipo de entrenamiento que hago que va enfocado a skills del deporte y que para el cuerpo es contraproducente pesar de más ya que esto complica las skills, debido desde hace casi más de un año no veia muchos cambios en mi cuerpo, cambio que si vi en mi nivel en el deporte, por lo que me interese en como podia mejorar mi fisico y seguir mejorando en mi deporte. Me puse manos a la obra y empecñe a leer y analizar las cosas que hacia y que no hacia que me hacian progresar y cuales no, al final cambie pocas cosas pero fueron bastante efectivas, esas 3 cosas que cambié fueron las siguientes: primero empecé a enfocar mis entrenamientos para que fueran más intensos en cuanto a fuerza y volumen, principalmente porque mi cuerpo se habia acostumbrado al tipo de entrenamiento que estaba haciendo, esto me ayudo bastante a mejorar mi nivel actual y tambien a desarrollar más masa muscular(a pesar de que hace poco tuve una lesión, tambien en parte recuperé parte de la masa muscular que habia perdido en los grupos musculares que no entrenaba debido a la lesión), segundo deje de jugar tanto basket ya que estaba jugando casi 5 veces por semana y esto era demasiado cardio para el cuerpo comparado a la cantidad de calorias que comía por lo que esto me mantenia siempre con la misma masa muscular, y por ultmo y más importante, mi alimentación, me di cuenta que tenia muy mala alimentacion y que estaba comiendo poca protenia, muchos carbohidratos y dulces y estaba comiendo a las horas que no era(en esto aun tengo que trabajar). Por lo que empecé a implementar mas proteina animal a mi comidas, principalmente huevo y pollo, y carbohidratos que me aportaran más valor nutricional como por ejemplo el arroz. Corrigiendo estas 3 cosas logre subir 2 kilos de peso, tambien me veo mucho más definido sin necesidad de verme tan flaco como me veia. Muchas gracias por leer hasta aqui y espero este post les pueda servir tanto para motivarse a que teniendo buenos habitos se puede mejorar cualquier cosa y en tomar de ejemplo si son personas que entrenan algunas de las cosas que yo hice para sentirme mejor con como me veia, saludos !
As many here know, I am a calisthenics athlete, I have been training this beautiful sport for a long time, but there is something that is not much talked about calisthenics, and is that after the first two years (at least in my case) the physical progress regarding muscle hypertrophy is not very notorious, because for many reasons including the type of training I do that is focused on sport skills and that for the body is counterproductive to weigh more because this complicates the skills, because for almost more than a year I did not see many changes in my body, change that I saw in my level in the sport, so I was interested in how I could improve my physique and continue to improve in my sport. I got down to work and started to read and analyze the things I did and did not do that made me progress and which ones did not, in the end I changed a few things but they were quite effective, those 3 things I changed were the following: first I started to focus my workouts to be more intense in terms of strength and volume, mainly because my body was used to the type of training I was doing, this helped me a lot to improve my current level and also to develop more muscle mass (although I recently had an injury, I also partly recovered some of the muscle mass I had lost in the muscle groups that I didn't train due to the injury), secondly I stopped playing basketball so much because I was playing almost 5 times a week and this was too much cardio for the body compared to the amount of calories I was eating so this kept me always with the same muscle mass, and lastly and most important, my nutrition, I realized that I had very bad nutrition and that I was eating little protein, many carbohydrates and sweets and I was eating at the wrong time (I still have to work on this). So I started to implement more animal protein to my meals, mainly eggs and chicken, and carbohydrates that would give me more nutritional value such as rice. By correcting these 3 things I managed to gain 2 Kg of weight, I also look much more defined without looking as skinny as I used to look.
