Hello, hello, photogenic hivers.
These are some old pictures from a couple of months ago, it was the end of the Copa America and a friend of mine had a birthday, so the idea was to celebrate it in a restaurant while we watched the match.
In my introverted moment I thought I would arrive a bit late to share a little bit and then go somewhere else, so I arrived an hour later, only to realise that nobody had arrived.
I automatically thought "It's karma, bitch", and with half-disguised laughter at the situation I moved two very long tables aside (after checking that the celebration was actually there but everyone was late), and waited with the company of a cocteclite for 40 more minutes! You can imagine a being of 1,50m sitting at the end of a very long and empty table, it looked like I had been stood up and I think I saw some pitying looks.
I even had to fight for the table with my unseen guests who would one day arrive from a group of friends who were just looking for a seat.
Fortunately, my friends arrived, including the birthday boy, and my story of abandonment ended.
Lesson in the matter: Ask your friends beforehand if they have arrived at the meeting place before you get there.

P.S: That day Colombia didn't win but we enjoyed some good tequeños.

Hola, hola, hivers fotogénicos.
Estas son unas fotitos viejas de hace un par de meses, era el final de la Copa América y un amigo cumplía años, así que la idea era festejarselo en un restaurante mientras veíamos el partido.
Yo en mi momento introvertido pensé en llegar un poco tarde para compartir un ratito y luego irme a otro sitio, así que llegue una hora después, para darme cuenta que nadie había llegado.
Pensé automaticamente "It's karma, bitch", y entre risas medio disfrazadas por la situación aparte dos mesas larguísimas (luego de chequear que en realidad sí era allí la celebración pero a todos se les había hecho tarde), y espere con la compañía de un cocteclito ¡Por 40 minutos más! Se pueden imaginar a un ser de 1,50 sentado en la punta de una mesa larguísimas y vacía, parecía que ne habían dejando plantada a mí y creo que vi algunas miradas de pena.
Incluso tuve que pelearme la dichosa mesa junto a mis invitados invisibles que algún día llegaría de un grupo de amigos que solo buscaba un sitio.
Afortunadamente, llegaron mis amigos, incluido el cumpleañero y mi historia de abandono acabó.
Lección del asunto: Pregunten a sus amigos previamente si ya llegaron al sitio de encuentro antes de llegarse hasta allá.

P.D: Ese día no gano Colombia, pero se disfrutaron de unos buenos tequeños.
