Today I woke up completely without a voice, my throat is swollen, I've been a little sick with the flu for two weeks, it's also been the same period where I completely changed my routine, I've been going out very early in the mornings and it's summer here but every morning is different, one day it's hot and another day it's cold, I guess that has worsened my condition, yesterday I was fairly well but my throat felt strange, I had to work and be at an outdoor night event, I had to talk a lot and loudly because of the noise of the music, this morning I woke up without a voice, I was a little worried, I'm already taking medication, but well, to distract myself from that matter I decided to go out a little, I dressed up and went to the beach to eat, these are the photos you are seeing, I couldn't stay for a long time because it started getting cold early on the beach, so I preferred to return home, I hope to be much better tomorrow.

Hoy desperté completamente sin voz, tengo la garganta inflamada, he estado dos semanas un poco enferma con gripa, justamente también ha sido el mismo lapso donde cambié por completo mi rutina, he estado saliendo en las mañanas bien temprano y es verano aquí pero cada mañana es diferente un día hace calor y otro día hace frío, supongo que eso ha empeorado mi condición, ayer estaba medianamente bien pero sí sentía extraña la garganta, tuve que trabajar y estar en un evento nocturno al aire libre, tenía que hablar bastante y alto por el ruido de la música, hoy en la mañana amanecí sin voz, estaba un poco preocupada, ya estoy tomando medicamentos, pero bueno para distraerme de ese asunto decidí salir un poco, me puse linda y fui a la playa a comer, son las fotos que están viendo, no pude estar mucho rato porque empezó a hacer frío desde temprano en la playa, entonces preferí regresar a casa, espero mañana estar mucho mejor.
