Welcome, I'm starting this degustation

In today's post ww have a small appetizer, which consisted of toast with cream cheese and pesto.

We started by trying a rosé wine. This is cherub, a semi-dry Chilean wine from 2019. In its flavor, fruity notes, specifically red fruits are very present.

Beronia, a Spanish Rioja rosé wine from 2021. Quite citric, I could say that with an orange flavor due to the citrus.

Now we start with the red wines.

Me, hehe

From the Montes brand, we have a Carnet Sauvignon - Carmenere, this is a blend, I couldn't find anything to relate to the smell, slightly peppery flavor, it has a long finish and a butter flavor aftertaste.

Kaiken Estate, is a wine from Argentina, Malbec from 2018. Here the presence of black fruits stands out, it is quite intense but it does not last long in the mouth.

Montes Alpha, this wine is a 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon. Although it may seem strange, the smell of this wine has a sensation of mushrooms.

Finally, this Beronia tempranillo is from 2017. It is an organic wine, because the grapes come from vineyards that respect the environment.
Today, as part of my job, I did a Wine Tasting. There is a brand that wants to sell good wines in this market, so they offered us a tasting. How well we know this consists of using our senses, sight, smell and palate.
This brand is actually called Premium Brand and its intention is to make a change in consumers, that their needs are more premium and that is why they bring wines from places like Australia, France, Spain, Argentina, Chile and more.
To be honest, I enjoyed this tasting, it seemed to me that the products were really rich in flavor, and what I most wanted was to accompany these wines with a good meal to make a perfect pairing, unfortunately we only tasted the wines and barely an appetizer bread, lol.
