Sunday stretch and sunrise!

A productive Sunday, hive bees! How are you? It's a Sunday and a very Joyceful day to move. Speaking of moving, let me share with you our day's routine. I hope you'll have the courage to do this also. Please enjoy! 🤗


Our walking/jogging routines during Sunday mornings are best spent with sunrise. This is one of the things I look forward every time we decide to exercise especially both of us are not really a morning person.

Together with my boyfriend, we wake up as early as 5am to prepare and depart. Sometimes I still feel sleepy but imagine the chilly air of the street. It wakes me up every time 😁. Some stretching and warm up before the routine should be done and we are ready to head up after. Jogging and walking up the hill actually allow us to breathe the fresh air and enjoy nature as well. There are other companys exercising so we don’t get bored.

While walking, I cannot help but to feel inlove with the sunrise over and over again. It gives me the motivation to move and see its beauty while walking up to the top of the hill. The rays of it and the sweat it gives are fulfilling. It is like treating myself to relax from a week of work and gives me the strength to prepare for another week. For a moment, I always like to take a pause and enjoy its beauty because sunrise and sunsets just have a specific duration until its peak.
