After our class yesterday, we went out to have lunch at Jollibee because we only had a half day. My classmate invited me to come along with them since it was her birthday and she treated me to Jollibee. We went to the Jollibee branch in Danao and ordered their Mix and Match combo, which costs only 75 pesos ($1.34). I chose the burger steak and coke float combo, and so did my friends. Though the rice wasn't enough, it was still worth it and allowed us to save money.
After satisfying our hunger at Jollibee, we decided to head to a nearby park to relax and hang out. My friend also surprised us by treating us to some macchiatos, which were a perfect complement to the warm afternoon weather. We spent the rest of the afternoon chatting and laughing about various topics, including school, hobbies, and upcoming events. It was a fun way to spend the day, and it was nice to get to know my classmates better outside of the classroom.
