The modern world is noisy. Quiet moments are rare. With almost everything in life is competing for attention. It is hard to feel the presence at the moment because of the rush to be busy, the fear of missing out, and the fear of silence. Too frequently, we are too eager to act. We want to take action and try out new things. What we don't want to do is sit back, wait, and think. It's almost as though doing something is preferable to doing nothing. We seldom make time for contemplation. Perhaps, we should take the time to appreciate the quiet moments in life.

Spending time in silence and stillness contradicts what we receive from our modern lives. Instead, we praise our ability to multitask while being productive, speedy, and efficient. So precisely why so many individuals experience spiritual restlessness. When we learn to prioritize quiet, the sooner we are free of the worry and anxiety of an unpredictable, ever-changing life. Over time, we will discover the serenity and bliss—within our hearts where your soul speaks.

The idea of quieting our minds in this way may feel like an impossible feat, especially with all the stimulation that exists in the world today. But we can do it if we are patient and willing to take it one small step at a time. After all, the quality of our outward life reflects our inner life. We don't need to make extra time or take a break from life. So we feel a sense of serenity and bliss. We must create a sense of inner peace in ourselves.

Author's Note: When I slowly got back to publishing content after four months of hiatus, I needed to explore sustainable means to publish content consistently. The Jueco Studio (@juecostudio) started as a recovery account for @juecoree—the main account. As I set out to create and produce short-form content, I wanted a new account to share this content and maintain the long-form content published on @juecoree. Having the distinction, I would know which type of content goes to which account.

Our Lady of Lindogon at Simala is a very grand and wonderful Philippine monastery!😳
Japanese and Koreans mainly go to the modern tourist destinations of the Philippines, but they may not know that such a wonderful Catholic monastery exists!Dear amigo @juecoree!

From my point of view, perhaps you believe that the origins of the Philippines are Catholic!
