I like with or without breadcrumbs.Can be served with rice with noodles or potatoes, but also with vegetables themselves.
In my version, my favorite is fried with the addition of fennel and mushroom sauce.He adds curry to the rice, which gives it a beautiful color.I pour the mushroom sauce over the fried salmon, boiled in sour cream.I put a lot of chopped dill on top.
I always choose salmon because it is high in the amino acids of healthy protein, as well as the best omega-3 fats.
