Hello likers!Im coming to you with a recipe for a oreo cake!

I haven't posted for a while because I've been busy with school and personal stuff, but I'm finally back and I'm glad to have some time to follow this community!
Today I want to share with you my Oreo cake recipe that my girlfriend and I recently made without baking - a delicious, creamy, quick-to-make cake. It has a beautiful black and white color.
Ingredients:

Bottom

packet of Oreo cookies (176 g)
30 g butter
Cream filling

mascarpone 500 g (chilled)
8 Oreo cookies
400 g chilled cream (30% or 36%)
1/4 cup powdered sugar
Decoration

8 Oreo cookies (4 crumbled, 4 pounded)
Time required: 30 minutes.

Preparation:

Base of cake

Lightly grease the bottom of a cake pan (wipe off excess grease).Separate the white part from the black part of the cookies crumble to dust in a melaxer. Then melt the butter (let it sit for a while), add it to the ground cookies and mix. Finally, line the bottom of the cake pan with the cookie mixture and knead firmly. Put in the fridge for half an hour.

4Cream filling

In a bowl put cream cheese, mascarpone, white oreo cream and powdered sugar. Whole mix until the cream thickens. . Finally, spread the cream on the cookie base.

5Decorating

Cut four cookies in half lengthwise with a knife and crush the rest with a rolling pin in a bag. Put the crumbled ones on the cake and press the cut ones gently into the cake. You can also make a version with chocolate frosting as a decoration which will add even more flavor because hello, who doesn't love chocolate frosting on a cake - Enjoy!
