Alexandra ha sido mi mejor amiga desde hace casi ya dos décadas, hemos estado presente en todas las etapas de la otra y estoy segura que lo seguiremos estando por mucho más tiempo; así como hemos compartido experiencias, también hemos estado juntas en cada uno de nuestros cumpleaños desde que tenemos 6 años y nuestra ley es jamás faltar a uno, así el mundo esté en contra.
Alex cumplió el martes 18 de Febrero pero se lo celebramos el domingo para poder reunirnos todos, tanto familia como amigos; fue una celebración pequeña, en su casa, compartimos un buen rato recordando viejos tiempos y poniéndonos al día con nuestras vidas.
Alexandra has been my best friend for almost two decades now, we have been present at every stage of each other's lives and I am sure we will continue to be for much longer; just as we have shared experiences, we have also been together on each of our birthdays since we were 6 years old and our law is to never miss one, even if the world is against us.
Alex's birthday was on Tuesday, February 18th but we celebrated on Sunday so we could all get together, family and friends; it was a small celebration, at his house, we shared a good time remembering old times and catching up with our lives.
Algo que me caracteriza mucho y realmente es algo que me apasiona, es hacer regalos, así sea manualidades o comprados pero es como una especia de norma personal de siempre hacer un regalo para los cumpleaños de mis seres queridos; en esta oportunidad no pude hacerle uno a mano como ya es costumbre, he tenido muy poco tiempo libre por estar ya culminando el semestre así que decidí comprarle sus flores favoritas.
Fue un regalo sencillo pero muy especial y a ella le encantó, de verdad me hizo muy feliz su reacción al ver su pequeño arreglo de flores; fue un día muy bonito para ella y me alegra poder haber sido parte de este, para mi Alex es como mi hermana y es una de las personas más importantes que tengo en mi vida. Something that characterizes me a lot and really is something that I am passionate about, is making gifts, either handmade or bought but it is like a kind of personal rule to always make a gift for the birthdays of my loved ones; this time I couldn't make her one by hand as usual, I have had very little free time because I am finishing the semester so I decided to buy her her favorite flowers.
It was a simple but very special gift and she loved it, I was really happy with her reaction when she saw her little flower arrangement; it was a very nice day for her and I am glad to have been part of it, for me Alex is like my sister and she is one of the most important people I have in my life.
