Siempre he considerado que las "citas" no solo son para las parejas o personas que tienen alguna atracción sino que también puedes tenerlas con amigos y familiares, teniendo un momento de calidad, poder compartir y salir un poco de la rutina; a pesar de que vivo con mi papá, comparto muy poco con él debido a que trabaja casi todo el día y por lo general yo los fines de semana estoy fuera de casa, aunque los dos estemos acostumbrados a esta rutina o dinámica, sí es verdad que a veces el no hablar nos ha afectado en nuestra relación y la forma en que nos tratamos.
Esta semana que pasó fue algo ruda para los dos por bastantes motivos, este fin de semana los dos nos quedamos en casa y solo teníamos pendiente hacer las compras de la semana así que decidí acompañarlo para compartir un rato juntos, como nos levantamos algo tarde, preferimos salir a almorzar a la calle y ahorrarnos el cocinar; a nosotros nos gusta mucho la comida marina, sea paella, sushi, arroz a la marinera o el ceviche y como recientemente conocimos un restaurant de ceviche que queda a 5 min de nuestra casa, fuimos ahí a comer.
I have always considered that “dates” are not only for couples or people who have some attraction but you can also have them with friends and family, having a quality time, being able to share and get out of the routine; although I live with my dad, I share very little with him because he works almost all day and usually on weekends I am out of the house, although we are both used to this routine or dynamic, it is true that sometimes not talking has affected our relationship and the way we treat each other.
This past week was a little rough for both of us for many reasons, this weekend we both stayed at home and we only had to do the shopping for the week so I decided to go with him to share some time together, as we got up a little late, we preferred to go out for lunch and save cooking; we really like seafood, be it paella, sushi, rice or ceviche and as we recently met a ceviche restaurant that is 5 minutes from our house, we went there to eat.
El restaurant se llama Ceviche Verano (@cevicheverano), es bastante nuevo y la casa dónde acondicionaron el espacio está recién modelada, lo que le da un ambiente fresco y moderno; al ser una casa, es relativamente pequeño pero lo suficiente para que puedan recibir unos 50 comensales aproximadamente. El concepto es bastante mediterráneo, te inspiraba mucho a lugares que están cerca de las playas y el mar, como es un espacio bastante abierto tiene una muy buena ventilación lo que lo hace bastante agradable.
Tanto el ceviche como la entrada que nos sirvieron estaban divinos, todo estaba súper fresco y tenía bastante sabor aunque considero que las porciones eran relativamente pequeñas para el precio, sin embargo se compensaba con la increíble atención del personal, eso sí es algo que tengo que resaltar porque lamentablemente no es algo que se encuentre en todos lados. El postre y el café fue cortesía de la casa, fue tan inesperado que se me olvidó por completo tomarle una foto pero era un dulce a base de vino que estaba delicioso
The restaurant is called Ceviche Verano (@cevicheverano), it is quite new and the house where they conditioned the space is newly modeled, which gives it a fresh and modern atmosphere; being a house, it is relatively small but enough to receive about 50 diners approximately. The concept is quite Mediterranean, it inspired you a lot to places that are close to the beaches and the sea, as it is a fairly open space has a very good ventilation which makes it quite nice.
Both the ceviche and the starter we were served were divine, everything was super fresh and had enough flavor although I consider that the portions were relatively small for the price, however it was compensated by the incredible attention of the staff, that is something I have to highlight because unfortunately it is not something you find everywhere. The dessert and coffee was courtesy of the house, it was so unexpected that I completely forgot to take a picture of it but it was a wine based sweet that was delicious.
Después de comer, nos fuimos a hacer mercado y nos encontramos con un tío muy especial para nosotros porque él ha sido un columna para la familia por muchos años, aparte ha sido súper atento a todos nosotros y gracias a él es que mi flor favorita es el girasol; ya es un señor bastante mayor, si mal no recuerdo está por cumplir 90 años y por eso mi primo lo deja sentadito a las afueras del mercado para que no camine tanto mientras se come algún dulce o helado porque le encanta.
Después de terminar las compras, cerramos la tarde con otro café porque nunca es suficiente café en un día, al terminar nos fuimos a casa a descansar y volver a nuestra rutina respectiva pero habiendo pasado una tarde diferente y especial.
After lunch, we went to the market and we met a very special uncle for us because he has been a pillar for the family for many years, besides he has been very attentive to all of us and thanks to him is that my favorite flower is the sunflower; he is already a very old man, if I remember correctly he is about to turn 90 years old and that is why my cousin leaves him sitting outside the market so he does not walk so much while he eats some candy or ice cream because he loves it.
After finishing shopping, we closed the afternoon with another coffee because there is never enough coffee in a day, when we finished we went home to rest and return to our respective routine but having spent a different and special afternoon.
Fue un día muy bonito, mi papá y yo hablamos bastante de las cosas que están pasando en nuestra vida como de muchos otros temas, amo compartir momentos así con mis seres queridos y más con mi papá debido a la complicada relación que podemos tener él y yo por culpa de nuestros carácter.

It was a very nice day, my dad and I talked a lot about the things that are happening in our life as well as many other topics, I love to share moments like this with my loved ones and more with my dad because of the complicated relationship that he and I can have because of our characters.
