Hola amigos, en mi recorrido por Bolívar descubrí que este estado es uno de los estados de Venezuela con el casco colonial más antiguo, camine por sus calles empedradas que son testigos de su pasado, contemplé y admire su hermosa arquitectura colonial es una experiencia que nos transporta a otra época y asi llegue al Museo Juan Piar.

Este antiguo Museo Juan Piar es un homenaje a un prócer de la Independencia, está ubicado en la casa donde el vivió y murió. Este hombre fue un importante General en Jefe de la independencia de Venezuela.

Me dieron un recorrido por el museo y el guia explicó la reseña de este hombre (vida, obras y muerte) y su papel fundamental en el proceso de la independencia.

Este museo resguarda y alberga una colección de objetos personales de Piar, así como documentos y obras de arte relacionadas con su vida y su obra permitiéndome conocer más de su legado.

Después de visitar el museo y de enriquecerme con ese rico patrimonio cultural continúe por el centro histórico de Ciudad Bolívar buscando las nejores cocadas para refrescarme y terminar el recorrido de este día.

Hello friends, in my tour of Bolivar I discovered that this state is one of the states of Venezuela with the oldest colonial town, walk through its cobblestone streets that are witnesses of its past, contemplate and admire its beautiful colonial architecture is an experience that transports us to another era and so I arrived at the Museo Juan Piar.

This old Juan Piar Museum is a tribute to a hero of the Independence, it is located in the house where he lived and died. This man was an important General in Chief of the independence of Venezuela.

I was given a tour of the museum and the guide explained the history of this man (life, works and death) and his fundamental role in the independence process.

This museum houses a collection of Piar's personal objects, as well as documents and works of art related to his life and work, allowing me to learn more about his legacy.

After visiting the museum and enriching myself with this rich cultural heritage, I continued through the historic center of Ciudad Bolivar looking for the best "cocadas" to refresh myself and finish the day's tour.
