š” Home renovation isnāt easy, but the results are most definitely worth it. I've spent the better part of a year helping my family design and plan our home. It's been a learning curve for me but highly rewarding. Let's talk about flooring today!
šŖµ I fell in love with these wood grain tiles, the weather gets humid here, and the ceramic tiling is much better suited over wooden flooring. Itās surprising how they look like close they look to real wooden flooring, even our neighbours mistook them for the real thing! I adore the natural beauty of wood. These tiles have been the perfect fit for us.
Real wooden flooring is the dream, but high cost and tendency to warp has made me think twice. We went with wooden styled tiling as they are both practical and affordable. Theyāre still a bit more expensive than regular tiles, but the overall result and durability are unmatched.
š After putting it off for a while, I finally did the grouting using epoxy colour sand. This is really important to protect the flooring and give a clean finish. The results were great. Every time I walk into the room, I can't help but marvel at how stunning it looks. Thereās lots that go into home renovations, I'll share some more about my experiences and results next time!

I like the design of your renovated house. It gives me a refreshing vibe, and the ambiance is likely similar to a typical cafƩ restaurant, haha. The white wall and wooden tile complement each other. I love it!
