February is the shortest month of the year, but strangely, it always feels like the slowest to me—maybe because it’s still the beginning of the year, and so many activities and projects are blooming all around.
Lately, I feel like everything is moving so fast that there’s barely time to celebrate achievements. However, I truly believe it’s important to make an effort to pause, reflect, and be grateful.
This month, I returned to meditation, a deeply important practice that I had set aside for a while. I discovered new places, met new people, and faced new challenges.
February also brought painful moments, like the news that one of my pets in Venezuela has cancer, and I don’t know if I’ll ever get to hold them again. But despite the sadness, the month also gave me beautiful, peaceful moments. These past months have been filled with lessons, strength, and personal growth.
I close this month feeling immensely grateful and excited for the amazing things that March will bring.

Últimamente siento que todo avanza tan rápido que no hay un momento para celebrar los logros, sin embargo, creo que es muy importante hacer el esfuerzo por detenerse, analizar y agradecer.
Este mes volví a meditar, una práctica sumamente importante que por cosas de la vida había dejado a un lado, conocí nuevos lugares, nuevas personas y atravesé nuevos desafíos.
Febrero, aunque también me trajo situaciones dolorosas, como la noticia de que una de mis mascotas en Venezuela tiene cáncer y no se si podré volver a abrazarla, también me regaló momentos hermosos y llenos de paz. Han sido meses de mucho aprendizaje, fortaleza y crecimiento personal. Cierro este mes sumamente agradecida y con ganas de conocer las cosas geniales que se vienen en marzo 🫂 Abrazo virtual para todos ❤️
