Today I'm feeling much better from COVID-19 and decide to make a Lime Mousse
Here is the recipe
400g condensed milk
500g of whipping cream
10dl of liquid pineapple gelatin
Juice of 2 limes
Everything carefully mix and, that's it! We have a dessert for the dinner :)
