Today I woke up fine but as the day has gone on I've been feeling bad, with belly and head pain, plus bad mood 😅 since I got the subdermal implant my menses have been very irregular and I've also gained more weight. I try to take it easy, these are side effects that contraceptive methods give 🥴 it is difficult but you can live with it.

Hoy amanecí bien pero al pasar el día me he estado sintiendo mal, con dolor de vientre y cabeza, además de mal humor 😅 desde que me coloque el implante subdérmico mi menstruación ha sido muy irregular y además he subido más de peso. Trato de tomarlo con calma, son efectos secundarios que dan los métodos anticonceptivos 🥴 es difícil pero se puede vivir con ello.
