Durante días he tenido que oír “En Venezuela la educación ya no importa para nada” lamentablemente es una frase que causa tristeza y una preocupación inminente en mi persona. Como docente activa y madre de dos niños (en formación) puedo estar segura que tenemos las herramientas para construir una Venezuela próspera, llena de conocimientos y jóvenes comprometidos con su crecimiento profesional.
Pertenecer al área de Educación Especial ha sido un compromiso desde el primer momento que inicié, son muchas las adversidades pero, magníficas las experiencias que poco a poco voy atesorando en mi corazón.
Particularmente, me gusta aprovechar el tiempo y dar a conocer mi trabajo. Recientemente, comencé un proyecto nuevo en casa con el objetivo de brindar asesoramiento pedagógico a escolares de Educación Inicial y Básica. Es importante, resaltar en los niños la importancia que tiene la escuela en nuestra vida, desde pequeños erradicar el “yo no puedo” y juntos construir una bonita frase “lo logré”, jamás debemos olvidar que el aprendizaje debe estar ligado al centro de interés, fortalecer los valores y crear vínculos armoniosos entre familia y docentes formadores.
Hoy a pesar de las dificultades sigo apostando a la calidad educativa, creo firmemente que todo pasará y que volveremos a ser la Venezuela de progreso y anhelos para todos.

For days I have had to hear “In Venezuela education no longer matters at all” unfortunately it is a phrase that causes sadness and imminent concern in me personally. As an active teacher and mother of two children (in training) I can be sure that we have the tools to build a prosperous Venezuela, full of knowledge and young people committed to their professional growth.
Belonging to the area of Special Education has been a commitment from the first moment I started, there are many adversities but, magnificent experiences that little by little I am treasuring in my heart.
I particularly like to make the most of my time and make my work known. Recently, I started a new project at home with the objective of providing pedagogical advice to schoolchildren in kindergarten and elementary school. It is important to emphasize to children the importance of school in our lives, from an early age to eradicate the “I can not” and together build a nice phrase “I did it”, we must never forget that learning should be linked to the center of interest, strengthen values and create harmonious links between family and teachers.
Today, in spite of the difficulties, I continue to bet on the quality of education, I firmly believe that everything will pass and that we will once again become the Venezuela of progress and yearnings for all.
