Felt really yucky this morning and didn't sleep good but I wanted to get out and get some fresh air otherwise I would have felt worse just staying home and being lazy.
Had a really nice run through Hyde Park in London. It's super cold at the moment (about 4c degrees this morning) and my head was pretty much numb by the time I got back, but always feel better after a run!
I was wearing Nike Alphafly shoes, which are the same shoes Eliud Kipchoge ran the sub 2 hour marathon in. If you've never tried them I highly recommend them if you like a lot of cushion and bounce. I'm going to try and keep up more regular runs in the coming weeks. Thanks for reading!

The carbon plate tech with foam on the Alphaflys were definitely a game changer.
Yesss. Not sure how long they're gonna last for, but still feel good now
What a run! I've started to develop some serious discomfort with the alphafly's, I have no idea why as I used to wear them all the time. My current favourite shoe is the Adizero Adios Pro 2, I have 5 pairs of those, so you can try it sometime if we go running together. Liketu Run club?
Thanks! Yeah the alphaflys have given me some pain too. Have pain in my left foot this evening. Not sure why as they are so cushioned but then I feel pain afterwards. Definitely up for Liketu Run Club!
