Any other fitness fans here? What are your goals for 2022?
2021 has been an on-off year which covid, lockdowns etc, and now with the new variant who knows what the world will look like in the next few months. I've made some okay progress in the gym this year. When the gyms reopened in the UK earlier this year I dirty bulked and added atleast 10kgs of weight. I definitely added some muscle but with a bunch of fat too. Since then i've done a mini cut and I'm going into the New Year at around 88kg.
I'm being a bit experimental with my diet atm too, cutting out gluten and trying different ways of snacking healthily. What are your favourite healthy ways to snack? Whenever I cut and lose weight I just get that urge to start eating huge again and lifting heavy weights. I can't make my mind up for which direction I want to go! Does anyone else experience this?
