



I like to do cardio, although lately I had stopped doing it since I had hurt my knee at the gym and I didn't feel comfortable or more than comfortable I was a little scared of doing an exercise with an impact on my knee.
As the weeks have passed, I have finally started doing cardio and yesterday I decided to go for a run around my home. Next week I would like to go for a run in a place with more nature.
Me gusta hacer cardio, aunque últimamente cada vez hago menos porque en el gimnasio me había lastimado la rodilla y no me sentía cómoda o más que cómoda estaba un poco asustada de hacer un ejercicio con un impacto en mi rodilla.
Como ya pasaron las semanas he comenzado finalmente hacer cardio y ayer decidí salir a correr por lo alrededores de mi hogar, me gustaría la próxima semana ir a correr en un lugar con mayor naturaleza.
