I see blurry hahaha, yesterday I ran for the first time in 2025, after a month of treatment and a little rest due to the pain I had in my right knee, I can now say that I feel very well.
The title "I see blurry" is because I have started to measure my time in my jog and when I saw that I had only one kilometer left I accelerated the pace with the intention of improving my time and challenging myself, I think it was not a very good idea, since I ended up a little dizzy and seeing blurry to the point that I did not even realize that the photographs came out blurry.
Since I was still quite far from getting home, I ended up buying some strawberries with cream, since I had not eaten anything with sugar all day and at that point my body was asking for something sweet and that was what I found in the short time.
Veo borroso jajajajja, el día de ayer corrí por primera vez en este 2025, después de un mes en tratamiento y un poco de reposo por el dolor que tenía en mi rodilla derecha, ya puedo decir que me encuentro muy bien.
El título de "veo borroso" es porque he empezado a medir mi tiempo en mi trote y cuando vi que me faltaba un solo kilómetros acelera el ritmo con las intenciones de mejorar mi tiempo y retarme, creo que no fue muy buena idea, ya que termine un poco mareada y viendo borroso al punto que ni me di cuenta de que las fotografías salieron movidas.
Como aún me encontraba bastante lejos de llegar a mi hogar, terminé comprando unas fresas con cremas, ya que en todo el día no había comido nada con azúcar y en ese punto mi cuerpo me pedía algo dulce y fue lo que encontré en el corto tiempo.
